Through this scheme families sponsor children whose parents are hearing impaired. The parents are often at a disadvantage at the work place though most of them are very enterprising and try to bring in an income. The families are very grateful to Ocean Stars for their support. Some of the sponsor families meet up with members of OST TEAM 09.
